Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered: Payton's Landscaping provides general landscaping, irrigation, sodding, gas line installation, gas log installation, lawn maintenance, gas line maintenance, and gas log maintenance services. See our “Services” page for more details.

2. Payment Terms: Payment for services can be made via credit or debit card through the company's website, or in-person via check if your balance is $500 or more. Payment is due upon receipt of an invoice. A 5% fee will be applied for each week that a balance remains outstanding unless a payment plan has been arranged with management. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services. All deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered.

4. Liability and Disclaimers: Payton's Landscaping will not be held liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control, except in cases of negligence on our part.

5. Intellectual Property: All rights to content, images, and intellectual property displayed on the website are reserved by Payton's Landscaping.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and the city of Hattiesburg.

7. Updates and Modifications: These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
